This beautiful country plantation home had great bones, but needed plenty of updating. The renovation was a year long process which included gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, creating new layouts, selecting all new finishes and last but not least, finding the perfect furniture and decor to complement a young modern family

We began the journey of designing this custom Franklin home over two years ago. A few hiccups, one baby (mine), and countless planning meetings later and my clients are finally enjoying their stunning modern farmhouse 

The natural charm of this home is unreal!

With a bit of renovating, paint, all new decor, and even the addition of a screened in back porch, this 1920s bungalow can now hold it's own in the trendy 12th south neighborhood.
